ServiceTitan's own voice agent books jobs directly into ServiceTitan. It's priced per call, starting at $2.75 and dropping with volume or commitment. At 300 calls a month that's roughly $825 before discounts, so compare it against flat-rate options if your volume is high.
Jobber AI Receptionist
Jobber's receptionist answers calls and texts, books visits, creates job requests and hands off to a person when needed. It's included with unlimited use on the Plus plan. On select other plans it's a $29/mo add-on covering 30 conversations, then $0.79 each. The cheapest way in for small crews already on Jobber.
Housecall Pro CSR AI
Housecall Pro's AI customer service rep handles inbound calls and website chat, books appointments, follows custom scripts and escalates to a human. It's sold separately from Housecall Pro plans, and the price wasn't published on the pages we checked. There's a free trial with no card.
Built-in vs. standalone
